Refund & Exchange Policy

At RetroRags, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and stress-free.

If the item you receive has a defect, is the wrong item, or the size is different from what was mentioned, you are eligible for a full refund. The refund will be processed once we receive the returned item back in its original condition.

If the size matches what was mentioned but it doesn’t fit you, or you simply didn’t like the item, you can choose to exchange it for another item or receive store credit.

All return and exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your parcel.
Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered.

After 3 days, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges.
